Pardon me while I wipe the drool off the keyboard and computer desk. Fantastic!!! I have used Muslin many times.It is a good idea to wash it first , and iron it smooth. If you can give the side that will be in contact with the meat ,some kind of non stick spray it will help.I used to pack the muslin without a stuffer.If you are not familiar with muslin , you should use the non bleached.It is inexpensive.
