Hi I'm from Southern California and I do a lot of smoking and am here to pick up any pointers and advice from you smokey seasoned veterans. I love to off road and cook over campfires with Dutch ovens and my new passion is electric pressure cookers and the amazing things that I can do with them. I use them a lot along with my offset smoker and my electric smoker. My son and I have problems sometimes with flavor profiles and unwanted smoke flavors but I've got my eyes open and ready to get those problems resolved. I'm retired from a water utility and was a forest fire fighter for 16 years before that. So I know smoke and I love it. I have my Jeep that I love to drive around as much as I can and take in the outdoors. Four children all grown two grand kids one on the way to be born in July. I'm hoping to be able to contribute when I can and get help when I need it. Thanks for letting in here.
