So I decided to pick up a joe. I also have my MES30 all modded out but something was just missing. I love cooking outdoors and just plugging it in and kind of walking away wasnt doing it for me. I talked the wife into letting drop some cash and away we went, she helped me put it all together and its seasoning now.
Anway I cooked up some ribs on the MES last night, and they were a tad spicy but today they are gone.
