Good morning All !!

 After reading the last post on how two of the forum members met to enjoy a meal and get  to know each other it inspired me to reach out in this section and see if any members are from Oklahoma City. I have been reading this forum for several months and have learned a lot. I have begun this fun and tasty hobby with the AMNPS and had good results. I want to branch out into sausage making and other cured and smoked products like BBB and Pastrami. It would be nice if any members in this great town were interested in getting together and comparing notes on how it is done. I look forward to any replys and I hope this inspires some of you to start these get togethers on a local basis. Thanks !! mds51

I think it would be great to have a Oklahoma get together and meet the people that enjoy this forum. I am booked the next three weeks but starting in July i could attend a get together on a Saturday for a breakfast or lunch.
