I agree with most of the posts up above...

If the smoker is going,
--use it like it was meant to be used
--eat it
--save some for leftovers for tomorrow and the next day
--shrink-wrap the rest

I ALWAYS have pulled pork on hand, shrink-wrapped (1 and 2 pound packages) and in the deep freeze. Because - If someone has an issue of some sort (illness, hospital, injury, etc.) we simply buy some buns, whip up some sweet vinegar-dill cole slaw, get some BBQ sauces and bags of chips, load up the crock pot and drop that meal off.
