Well , heres some more pics,

Went home and pulled the saran wrap off that I used when installing the high temp gasket

Still waiting on two more spring handles and my temp guage to come fedex, but went ahead and stuck a couple handfulls of charcoal in it to burn it out a little.

Man that looks great.  Love the little details like the exhaust pipe, vents and hopper style firebox door.  That should really be convenient for that little smoker.  Know it will deliver the goods when it comes to smoking.  Hope to get back to work on my build soon but life keeps getting in the way.  Thanks for sharing your build.  Joe

Great looking little smoker you got there, looks like she'll smoke real good... and I'm sure you'll have the pics when that time comes right?

I have to say that is one of the best I've seen so far.  The detail to attention and time spent planning really show through.  I love the coal basket.  Great job!

Thanks Jabbo, and its not even done yet in those pics...

I used rutland black stove sealant. Had to have Ace special order it for me.  Ive also used permetex high temp sealant before, that is also safe for stove's but its red, and I didnt want red gasket on this one.

I did some really cool detail work to it last night and will share those pics after the first cook this weekend. Think you will really like what I did...... I sure do..

Hey Cam-B-Q

About $30.00 for spring handles

           $40.00 for 3" glow in the dark temp guage

           $16.00 for paint

           $24.99 for rotisserie kit.

           $10.99 for weber grill grate ( cheated on this part, but it fit good )

about  $20.00 for the pipe fittings, valve, acorn nuts, etc.

            $18.00 for wheels

Total=$159.98 and 5 Saturdays 1/2 day (30 hrs)

Not much more $$ than I see them put into those Mini mwsm, and I could have used a cheaper guage and skiped the rotisserie kit and been cheaper.

But its never about the money when your in the middle of a build, right?
