Meat Mopper
While I live in Virginia, I'm in Omaha, NE this week. While many of you are extremely careful about what you eat, this has to be to coolest artery slammer ever! I ate tonight in a place called "Twisted Fork" - great food, good prices! For the first time ever, I was in a place that served "Chicken Fried Bacon"! They served it with white peppercorn gravy!
I ate half of it dipped in the gravy and put half of it on a "Black and Blue Burger", it was awesome. Apparently no one ever put it on a burger before so, I had lots of discussions.
Never heard of Chicken Fried Bacon but thought I'd pass it along. Who knows what you guys can think of but, I'm working on it!

P.S., The lettuce leaf was there so I'd think it was healthy!
