Great Picture!

I was just checking, because I know how you've been lately. I figured by now you'd be dehydrated from salivating at the window, waiting for your delivery. This could cause you to hallucinate, and go over the line from realism into the great Ham Fantasy World.

Don't leave anything out when you tackle that beauty,

Bear

LOL, you know me too well, Bear!

Don't worry, I'll be providing a step-by-step with extensive Q-view and explanations.

I always re-smoke a cured ham. They try their best but nothing, and I mean nothing beats a home smoked Ham. Myth you are doing a wonderful thing. Good luck and it will turn out wonderful

This is one Qview I am REALLY anticipating.  You can't find a country ham out here in Cali and I haven't had the guts to tell my wife that I need to spend that kind of money just to get a ham.

OK, I'll be doing this for the weekend of the 21st because one of my cousins that works in Iraq will be home on vacation and another one that lives in Tulsa will be here, too.  So I'll get to feed 10 adults and 6 kids with this thing.

I'll hold off on Q-view and procedure until after-the-fact so it will all be in one post.
