Oak smoked chicken salad and pulled pork.

So this was a random, and last minute cook!, at 11am Uk time today, i cooked this wonderful oak smoked pulled pork and a chicken.

I was walking around the supermarket and i just couldnt keep my eyes of a 3kg pork shoulder!. Well i went ahead and cooked it and i added some chips because i like to eat.
