Good morning everyone. I just got my first smoker yesterday, a Masterbuilt 44" Propane, I have been struggling to do what smoking I have done in the past with my 6 burner propane Charbroil grill. I am going to cure my new, beautiful smoker today and hope to start working with her soon. Any suggestions on some good things to start with? My family loves ribs, ribeyes, corn on the cob, potatoes, pretty much all the normal things. I would like to do lots of experimenting with it and I can't wait to see what beautiful things I can pull out of this monster.

Thanks

Christopher

Welcome to the Forum and chicken or ribs are a pretty easy start to get your feet wet.
