When I worked as an auto mechanic ( mid 80's ) one of the guys dated a gal that was a rep for Johnsonville . She used to bring all kinds of sausage that you don't see in the store . Really good stuff . Dry cured salamis , and some of the best natural cased franks I've ever eaten . She would show up with a couple guys , a grill and cooler full of grilling sausage .
Feed us and the customers . Not the 40% fat stuff you buy at the store .
