Now Smoking in Long Beach CA

I just jump into smoking meat this weekend. Yesterday I picked up a 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, with Bluetooth (20072415). Last night read through the forums for smoking tips and today smoked my first racks of ribs. For my first smoking experience, these ribs came out excellent. Meat fell right off the bone, juicy and lots of great flavor. I totally surprised myself with how easy it was.

I'm looking forward to learning more from the experienced members and smoking lots of meat.
