Novice smoker from southern Indiana

My name is Keith and I live in Rockport, Indiana. I have a Brinkman style electric smoker as well as a char-griller charcoal smoker. I mostly cook pork loin and Boston butts. I have done a few chickens also. I have been to this site for lots of advice.
