I did a rack of baby backs for the family today. Used this awesome pork rub that delivers just the right amount of spice in my opinion. 2-2-1 method @225 which I ended up going 3-2-.5 after losing track of time. Wrapped in foil with parkay squeeze butter, honey, and brown sugar for second part of cook. Unwrapped and I coated the liquid mixture from the wrap back on with a baster. I then coated them with a good amount of head country BBQ sauce and put them back on @250 for about 30 mins. These were $..... Thanks for looking.
