last night i made crackers with pepperoni and cheese in the smoker. I used pit boss competition blend pellets.

They were very good.

The crackers were just a tad crispy and had a great smoke flavor. The cheese was sharp and not in there that long so did not take on to much smoke flavor which I think was good because it gave it a different taste.
