Not so new smoker

And not so new member, I have been lurking about for a few months, and joined a while ago so I could see the q-view! I guess it's time to come out of the shadows.

I have an old charcoal grill that I use for indirect grilling, and a recently aquired MES.

Welcome from another MES owner. I know you'll enjoy the smoking on it. The MES makes many parts of smoking fairly straight forward. Ask lots of questions, there's no dumb ones around here.
