Hello y,all
I've been on here for a couple of years and started a few threads. Finally getting to the roll call to introduce myself. I'm Jim. Living in southern Alberta, Canada gives one an ample supply of Whitetail and Mule deer to bag and put on the smoker. Being a rancher on the side doesn't hurt the beef supply either. I've built a couple of RF smokers, a vertical cabinet and just recently started on doing some UDS's. This smoker building stuff is quite addictive.
