Had my smoker about two months now. Saw this recipe online and had to try it out. Cheese stuffed meatloaf. Didn’t get a before pic but....

And plated. Had some twice baked mashed potatoes, baked in the smoker, sweet peas, Mac and cheese, and rolls.

The wife was impressed. But then, she didn’t have to cook. So she may have Ben biased.
 
No before pic, but "after" pics sure makes up for it!

I cheated. It’s just sweet baby rays and ketchup mixed. But worked well and glazed nicely.

Hell yeah! Meatloaf is awesome when smoked. Adds that much more flavor to the meat.
