The only difference between winter and summer here is the surf comes from the north in the winter and from the south in the summer...
 
winter in Hawaii... I don't know how I do this every year!

After I posted This I decided, what the hel*  I got a chicken out of the Freeze at 1300 hrs.  We were eating smoked Chicken for dinner at 1830.  It was wonderful.  Outside temp was about 25F .  Microwave express defrost, 2-3 hours in a brine and then off to the Smoker with the magic Rub!! 

The "little bit of Snow" is Farmland, IN .  Yes, reallt is the name of the town.  6" on top of 4-5'  Easy year.

Sorry about the sideways but stupid computer turned it.

glad you got out and braved the weather,  cranking up the smoker melting away cold temps is really good for the soul on a cold dreary day  :)
