Happy New years all,
I just registered from eastern Pa and wanted to formally introduce myself.
I am going to be called "Smokestack". If you feel inclined to interact with me be aware
that I have a sense of humor and dont get offended easily. As far as my experience
I have used and somtimes abused 2 or 3 of the upright water smoker's that HD and Lowes sells. I have now moved on to the MES and I am loving it. I look forward to sharing and learning from evrrybody here......:sausage:. I think that gives you a quick summary of me so im off to start learning from you.
Keep your fires lit,
Smokestack:sausage:
That dancing sausage just makes me laugh,

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
