Wanting to take my smoking skills to a new level. Finally upgraded to an Oklahoma Joe Highland, from an old old little Brickman which was OK for chicken and ribs but not the big stuff. Looking forward to the great info the SMF members post here. Thanks.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a chilly and rainy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of              great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
