Hi, I am Norbs I just wanted to say to you all Thankyou for all the support you have been giving us, It is really sad that you Live in a State that every one just about every one has a smoker, you can leave it in your back yard ant have to worry about someone Stealing it,We live on 110 acre farm with a 85 year old Navy ww2 vet and his wife who is a retired realestate broker, they trust us endlessy, i work a regular job and get to the farm and take care of it for them , my wife helps his wife also, we live in Texas, and I use alot of Mesquite, which is endless here, and oak, sometimes pecan, I am self employed , me and my wife work together, Shes the one that got me signed up with the smoking meatforum, I am going back to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks to continue looking for my smoker, thankyou for the compliments on it , I have always kept it clean inside and out, When she told me about the smoking meats i told her i had a few secrets of my own, like smoking chicken Breasts for 7 hours without drying them out, that when you bite into it its fully cooked and yet still juicy, and thats without wrapping them in foil, I had alot of trial and error but finally did it , I make my own sauces and glazes out of scratch, my Grandpa showed me when i was a kid , any ways thankyou again for all your help and support, i will be posting it on craigs list, and the reward is going to be a 1000.00 dollars I still havent talked to my dad about it being stolen it would break his heart,we spent alot of time working on the smoker , Right before he moved to Reno he built one out of a 750 gallon tank, complete with a firebox and all, that one is 16 ft long, So you see its really hard for me to tell him it was stolen, I know sooner or later he would have given that one to me, Now i dont know, smoking meat has been a part of me for along time, I have to stay positive and pray i find it, i really dont want to have to tell him it was stolen, But thank you all for the support Norbs
