Noob in PA

Hey there all.

I've been lurking on the forum for a while and finally started my first smoke this morning.

Running an MES 30, and following the sticky on the pork forum for the pork shoulder. 1 hour in and the temptation to look is high, but I'm holding out for now.

Thank you for all the amazing information on this site, I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions as I learn.
