Thanks Adam! I'm not sure that it's really all that important how fast the thing reads. I bet most don't even count or would know. I can tell you this that for the price I really like mine.

Looks good!  I'm kind of regretting not picking up a couple packs of thick chops I was staring at when I was at the grocery store tonight

Thank you! Had these in the freezer. Custom cut from the 4H pig we bought from my friends daughter. We have the butcher do a 1 1/4"- 1 1/2" cut on the chops when we give them the cut order. Super tasty chops!
