Hey Y'all! I am smoking a pork loin for the first time. It had a lot of silverskin, which I removed. Unfortunately, the fat cap went with it. I have a smoker grill; do I smoke it the same, or will it dry out?

I brined it last night, put some olive oil and rub on it, so it is marinating before it cooks.
