Pretty good deal on gloves. The X-Large where even cheaper. I did 2 purchases and they both went through. That edealinfo site is great for finding deals. I buy something almost everyday.

I used to work for a company that made gloves, the powder we used was cornstarch and a very very tiny percentage of some anti-caking stuff. They were safe for food prep and for surgical use.

BTW, this is a little off topic, but I was on the OKJ site a couple days ago and they had the nitrile gloves on there on sale. But I read the reviews and everybody is complaining that they're tearing. The original orange gloves of a couple years ago were great, but these new OKJ black gloves tear too easily, apparently. FYI

So that makes me wonder about other nitrile gloves which one might use over the cloth thermal gloves when handling moderately hot objects in BBQ.

Good luck
