Just got this in today.

First impressions are good.Love the interchangeable grill and griddle tops, both are heavy duty.Gets incredibly hot and stays hot end to end,500℉ is it's advertised high end and definitely gets there.

Going to do some boneless pork chops on it tonight and will post back that cook tomorrow morning.

We love the Ninja products. Just got the Ninja Foodie Possiblecooker and used the sous vide feature for some duck breasts this week. Worked great.

I like that enough to buy one .
Been purging the house and over the past few weeks Jane and I have discovered when the weather sucks we still want well cooked food and we want to do it indoors. This and the new Instant Pot are going to make life easier. The old Hamilton Beach grill and Crock Pot will get donated to the thrift store.

That looks nice! Nothing wrong with cooking indoors and be comfortable!

The next few days are offering some crappy weather, the sleet/freezing rain/cold rain weather and I'm not getting any younger and the time to upgrade is now.
We got maybe 1/2 inch of snow last night but wind chill was -25 this morning... so I totally understand! Wasn't staying outside any more than I had to today.

Verdict is👍.

Certainly gets hot enough to sear well,no smoke that I could detect. It does stay hot for some time afterwards but that was expected.Big upgrade over the Hamilton Beach grill.
