Hey everyone new to the forums, have a MES 40 that I received as a Thank You gift from my boss and his wife for watching their house and dogs while they were away for 2-3 months at the Mayo Clinic.  Anyway going to smoke some ribs this weekend for the very first time.  Looking forward to the info found in here!
