Hi, I'm Jeff from central Ohio. I haven't done any smoking for over a year, until yesterday when I smoked a pork butt in my new Bayou 24 with a side fire box. I used apple chips and it turned out very good. I was a little rusty but I haven lost my touch. I want to start making and smoking my own sausage, so I will be asking some questions about that.
