Its 50* in New Jersey finally sooooo i got up this morning (forgetting to turn the clock ahead...) and went to get a few racks of ribs. prepped them and now they are on the smoker. PG smoker bbq sauce simmering in the crock pot for a couple of hours. here are some pics to start you off. happy sunday!

They came out really well!! One thing though, the rub and sauce was excellent, but i still feel that the meat on the inside was very bland tasting. I think i may try a marinade or a brine next time. Here's some eye candy.
