I say keep on smokiing and fight the citation you were allready issued. A normal (see previous reference) judge is not going to ban bbq grills.

Keep on smoking. I bet when or if you go to court on that summons it is going to get thrown out. Most people in my parts seem to like the smell of the smoker. Actually it smells just like all them fire places when they light them up. If all else fails get one of these.
