Newly purchased smoker, 1st timer

Thanks Jeff. Just received my new Masterbuilt digital electric smoker. I'm 56 years old from southern Mn. I have been grilling for years (gas Weber) and decide to try a smoker. First smoke is today, country style pork ribs. Wish me luck.

Set the temp at 225, timer 8 hrs. Pulled them at 5 hrs, well done.
