Been a member since 2014 when I got a Cuisinart cabinet smoker as a gift. Occasionally looked around but never posted. Just ‘finished’ a small 4x4 outhouse style smokehouse and I am looking at really getting into smoking. We raise our own chicken and pork and hunt deer, moose and bear and the smoker/smokehouse will be a great way to diversify the meat we put away.

Sounds great. I would love to build a smokehouse like that but I’m not going to lie I’m most jealous of the moose. It’s probably my favorite meat and I haven’t been able to track down any in years.
