I am new to the forum, but not new to bbq'n. I am a year round bbq fanatic and  cook a little bit of everything from time to time. I have even catered for a few small goups here and there, and plan to do a lot more of it this summer once I aquire myself a better, bigger smoker. Seems like I have been bbq'n all my life and have grown to love it more and more each day. It is agreat passion of mines and after reviewing this site, I know that I am in the rigth place. I am honored to be apart of this forum and plan to learn all I can from all of you guys. Thanks! for having me.

First off Welcome Jones to SMF.  You'll like it here for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. Now there are alot of proven recipes for some amazing things here too. So if you need sign up for the E-Course it's free and it will give you the basics of smoking and some good methods to use also. So the next big thing for you to do is go out and get you something to smoke and if you happen to have any questions just post it here and we will be happy to answer them for you.
