Between Tax return and Easter, got myself a new toy -
Just got done with the initial burn-in, waiting till this weekend for the first cook - Picking up a massive Pernil for the family.
Please ignore its current location, just a storage area to keep out of the weather.

I assume you're seasoning it also besides the burn off yeah? A good cover a couple seasonings and be sure not to jerk the cord when you unplug it. The connection to the board is an issue for people that yank the cord to unplug it all the time. Grats I love mine enjoy.
