Newbie
So I love cooking and eating. I've never owned or operated a smoker before. My girlfriend, of 5 years, recently bought me an Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Triple Function. I've been researching smokers and how to use them for about 6 months and thought this would work as a good beginner unit. I do plan on doing some of the modifications I've read a lot about (fire basket, baffling, exhaust extension) and will hopefully season it soon. Any tips n tricks would be greatly appreciated.
