Hey everyone! New guys from Saskatchewan Canada. The brother in-lawful and I Just picked up or first actual smoker, a masterbuilt duel fuel pro. We tried smoking on a bbq and the quality of our stuff comes out really nice but lacking the actual smoke so we thought we'd step it up. Should have it put together today and prep for our first brisket this weekend!

Welcome from Ontario.Got the same smoker a few months ago. Much better smokes and consistent. Also more convenient.

All set up and got our "seasoning" done. Does anyone use smoke pellets and if so how do you keep them from starting on fire?
