Hello all!!! I am newbie to smoking from New Jersey. So far I am having a blast and everything I have read on this site has been amazing.

I currently have a MES 30 and have only smoked ribs so far. Used the 3-2-1 method listed on the site and they turned out very tasty. I look forward to a lot more smoke down the road. Thank you for all the great info out here.

See ya'll

Shawn
