Hows it going yall. New smoker here with a MAsterbuilt Propane single door. Ive smoked everything from fresh caught Yellowtail to porkchops to mac n cheese in alittle over a month since I bauhgt it. Living in San Diego and a die hard ocean kayak fisherman i constantly have fish to smoke but also enjoy other meats. Anyways cheers!
