Hey everyone, glad to see I have a source to help me improve my skills. Smoked half a brisket in my new MasterBuilt electric and it came out like a shoe. I guess 12 hours at 220 was a bad choice. [emoji]128512[/emoji] and it might help to actually monitor the internal temp.
