My name is Sergio from Southern California. I am new to forums and smoking. I have been grilling for a few years now but I have been fascinated with smoking. I have been watching videos on YouTube, not sure if that's the correct way to go, but, I have decide to give it a go. I purchased the Weber smokey mountain cooker because of its reviews. Can't wait to start smoking.
