Hi everyone, I'm T. from the sunshine state. Yesterday I received my first smoker (Oklahoma Joe Highland) from my husband. Thus far it has been assembled, burned off and cured. I just ordered my Lava lock gasket and Tel Tru thermometer. I'm in the process of ordering my tuning plates from Bbqsmokermod.com. I'm so excited to really try it out tomorrow. Wish me luck :-)
