Hello fellow smokers i am 45 yrs old from texas and love to bbq etc. i am currently a detention officer and started helping a friend of mine by working for him butchering deer, beef, etc. also i am learning to make sausage , buck sticks the whole process. i am interested in making my own smoke house and also butcher house on my land. i will be asking if i could pick your brains for any ideas, tips etc. thank for everything and hopefully i can help in anyway.
