Hey everyone! My name is Clint. I am absolutely new to smoking and incredibly excited. I have a camp chef smoke vault and im not sure how great they are seeing how I've never used it but hopefully decent. I live in southern idaho and love hunting and fishing so i am looking forward to smoking my own game so if anyone has tips and tricks for me by all means. Also i would like to know what it takes to smoke deer jerky do i soak the wood? Do i cover the wood tray with foil? Like i said im totally new but excited. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
