  1. Hi my name is Nunzio and I'm from Staten Island NY. I currently have a propane smoker I use chips in with propane and I just purchased a charcoal smoker with an offset box. Really excited about this and can't wait for it to come to my house. Look forward to chatting with all of you and hopefully come up with some new rubs and sauces and also learn how to smoke different meats. Thanks
