Hi all... I am Andy from Massachusetts started smoking this year and love it! I use a master built pro dual gas/charcoal smoker... I've smoked chicken thighs and wings and pork butt so far... Looking to learn and get some ideas!
 
Hi glad you joined, sounds like you're off to a good start. Lots of willing people here to answer and question you have and help out how they can. Sometimes the search bar is a good place to start with issues. Never know if someone else had the same thing going. Good luck and keep smoking.
