Hi everyone: My name is Lenny and I reside in Southern NH. Just purchased a Bradley Original smoker along with the dual probe Auber thermometer. Smoked my fist rack of St. Louis ribs and was amazed at the results. Nailed it the very first attempt. I enjoy cooking and looking forward to learning all I can to get the most out of this smoker.
