Hey guys and gals,

My name is Brian and I'm from Ottawa, Canada. I stumbled across your forum while looking for advice on smoking a boneless wild boar leg. Looks like a very active and helpful community so I thought I'd join.

I am a chef by trade. I've studied and completed my degree at Le Cordon Blue. I've only been smoking for 6 months so im very new at this. I want to share and learn all with you. If you have any questions about any cooking please feel free to msg me.

Thanks again and looking forward to meeting all of you.

Brian
