Hi!  My name is Mari.  I live in St. Louis.  I have an electric smoker.  I can't think of the brand name at this time???  I love it.  So much easier than charcoal!  I have smoked several things since acquiring my smoker about a year ago.  My favorite HAS to be the pulled pork.  LOVE IT!!  I use the rub recipe purchased from the website.  I changed it a bit because I tend to like things less sweet and more salty.  So I reduced the sugar and increased the salt.  EVERYONE loves the flavor of my smoked meats and are asking for the rub recipe!!!

On a personal note the only thing I like more than cooking, is dogs.  Right now I have a almost two year old Dogue De Bordeaux that I am fostering.  He is such a hoot.  I'll probably end up adopting him once we get him healthy!!

I look forward to learning lots of things on this forum!
