Newbie who needs lots of advice

Hi,

We are new to this smoking business but am trying to learn. We live in WI and just purchased a Smoke Hollow digital electric smoker.  I want to try making snack sticks so am looking for help there.

Your best bet is to check out BearCarver's Step-by-step.  I follow his proceedure for naked snack sticks and they always turn out great.
